Warranty and Returns

Newlands Group are proud to offer a quality range of products. All goods purchased are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. 

Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by electrical faults or physical damage, any form of modification, normal wear and tear,  incorrect application or negligence.

On the rare occasion that a product is found to be faulty under warranty, not as described or any other issues arise with your order, please contact the team at Newlands Group immediately so we can promptly remedy the issue for you.
To keep this process easy you must provide us with clear proof of purchase. The proof of purchase may either be a receipt we issued, or bank statement or credit card statement where the amount shown on the statement directly corresponds with the purchase price of the product.  

In many cases to process a possible warranty issue the item will need to be returned to determine the cause.
The return of the item is the responsibility of the customer, if the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect any return costs will be reimbursed.
