ARB Classic Canopy
Practical and affordable without compromising quality.
The Classic Canopy range is available as a standard height roof version in smooth, painted exterior finish.
Customers may choose from the side sliding or side lift up window configurations which are positioned low on the canopy shell to maximise access into the cargo area.
Side and rear lift up windows feature keyed alike mechanical twist lock D handle and are locked and unlocked via the supplied keys.
The front canopy window is a lift style to allow maximum rearward vision and easy access to clean the vehicle cabin rear glass.
The rear door is a full 3D curve design, manufactured from grey tinted tempered safety glass to EC43R standards. Each rear door is fitted with a high mount LED stop lamp, a forward-facing interior light and specially selected gas assist struts with low opening force suitable for a climate range of -20°C to 90°C. From a serviceability point of view, the rear door glass can be replaced independently of the door frame which will greatly assist in providing an economical solution for consumers if an accidental breakage occurs.
ARB’s unique laser cut steel mount system is bolted directly to the existing vehicle hard points located at the front and rear of the vehicle tub to form a solid foundation for the canopy whilst additional brackets have been added to the rear of the side bedrails to support the rear door frame and door strikers.
ARB canopy shells are made from a special co-extruded ABS plastic for strength and durability. The ABS is inert and with suitable venting is safe for the transportation of animals. Being a recyclable material, we have the opportunity to reduce the amount of landfill at end of product life.

ARB Classic Plus Canopy

The Classic Plus Canopy range includes a central locking rear door with electronic handle door that incorporates keyless entry and slam-shut operation.
Available as a standard height roof version in smooth, painted exterior finish, customers may choose from our side sliding or side lift up window configurations which are positioned low on the canopy shell to maximise access into the cargo area.
Central locking is operated via the vehicle key FOB, which unlocks and locks the rear door and allows access via the electronically operated exterior handle. Inside the canopy, housed in a new interior door cover is the emergency override handle allowing operation of the door even if the vehicle battery is flat. In the event of an emergency situation such as a flat battery, the rear door can also be overridden from the outside with the supplied separate emergency key.
Side lift up windows maintain the standard mechanical twist lock D handles and are locked and unlocked via the supplied keys (separate to the emergency door key).

ELECTRONIC UNLATCHING SYSTEM
A notable feature of the Ascent is the absence of handles. The canopy incorporates electronic unlatching for the rear door and mechanical pop out windows.
OVER-RAIL DESIGN
With a unique over-rail design, the Ascent canopy form fits to any vehicle with no visible seal.
TINTED SAFETY GLASS
5mm tinted and tempered safety glass is used for the rear door and side windows.
LED INTERIOR LIGHT
Ascent canopies are fitted with a high output LED light, making it easier to locate work tools and other gear in dark conditions.
REAR SPOILER
Rear mounted spoiler enhances aesthetic appeal and incorporates an LED brake light, providing a brilliant light while drawing minimal current.
KEYLESS ENTRY
The Ascent canopy boasts remote central locking for both the rear door and side lift up windows. The remote central locking will auto lock if the vehicle is left unlocked and the vehicle doors have not been opened.
ANTI-ENTRAPMENT DIAL
A yellow anti-entrapment dial allows the Ascent's rear door to be locked or unlocked from within the canopy itself.
HIGH SPECIFICATION ADHESIVE
The Ascent canopy features thermoplastic seals and high specification adhesive. A special seal for the lower rear door corners is also incorporated to reduce rear vision mirror glare and potential water / dust ingress.
