Delivery within New Zealand
Every item is individually priced according to size, weight, material and the purchaser's location/address. The Checkout will automatically calculate the delivery price for you (to New Zealand addresses only.)

Offshore purchases
Please use our Contact Form and a Newlands staff member will contact you to discuss and arrange the best delivery options for your location, needs and budget.

Store pick up - Rolleston, Ashburton, Timaru
It is free to collect any product you purchase from one of our stores during normal office hours. 
ASHBURTON BRANCH: 8am - 5pm weekdays and 9am - 12pm Saturday.*
Select Pickup when you place your order to collect from Ashburton.

TIMARU & ROLLESTON BRANCHES: 8am - 5pm weekdays*
Instead of placing an online order, please phone or email our team and we will arrange your purchase and then contact you to let you know when your product will be ready for collection. sales@newlands.net.nz 0800 153 771.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
CRC products
Unfortunately we are unable to ship CRC products, but welcome you to purchase them online and pick up from one of our branches. 
Batteries
Batteries may be purchased online and collected from a Newlands branch.
Battery delivery is possible within NZ but a 'Large Items PLUS' charge will be incurred due to Dangerous Goods Courier fees.
